Office Management Solution

We use specialists software to set up your property descriptions and feed them to all the Rental Portal Websites like AirBnB & Homeaway, Booking Platforms like Expedia & Hotels.com and Regional websites such as Visit Scotland & our own Holiday Home websites. We can enhance your photographs, your information text, give suggestions on pricing and the structure of your portal page. (All extremely important for renting your property successfully.)
We will then run your “Holiday Home Office” just as an independent agent would, answering your phone calls, your emails, updating your calendars, organising your guest contracts, putting together your terms and conditions, holding deposits (if necessary) keeping ledgers, managing reviews, sending out key pick up information, putting together welcome leaflets, liaising with you, your cleaners and property managers about arrival times and departures.
Guest’s payments are made directly to “Holiday Home Office” and will be in your account within 3 days of “HHO” receiving payment. *We deduct a 8% fee per booking (this can be added to your guests initial rental price)

Office Assistant

You set up your holiday home on the many Holiday Rental portals. We then take control of it and run the portal websites as if we were you. You still control the incoming money, as it is paid directly into your account.
All we require is a monthly direct debit payment set up with “HHO” for our commission.

Temping Package Costs - From just 12% Per Reservation

Maybe your happy to run your own holiday home office but are looking for someone to answer emails and take calls while your away. We are happy to take over this task for you while your away. We only charge 12% on any reservations we work and receive while your away. Why miss out on reservations.

*Temping package - One Time Only Set Up Fee £50 - Use us as little or as often as your like.
